Welcome to the home of BrandtTuning's complete Race Management System (or RMS for short).

RMS is THE premier race management solution. Our engineers designed this software package specifically for dirt oval race tracks, including stock car and go cart tracks.  First and foremost was our drive for ease of use, which is second to none.  From there we expanded to include as many different options as possible, giving a track manager an extreme amount of flexibility in their nightly race program, as well as the capability of reporting many different aspects of the race night.  It simplifies troubleshooting, and handles most operations automatically, maintaining the ease of use we pride ourselves on.

Features

  • Enter and store driver information into a permanent archive
  • Enter drivers into the race night
  • Qualify drivers
  • Generate races based on selected options
  • Record race results for archiving and reporting
  • Archive whole race nights for later use, editing, and yearly reporting
  • Print payroll and points reports at the end of the night
  • Single or Multiple station setup available
  • Fully customizable and easily changed options for each race night and race series (class)
    • Customize Payroll and points templates for your needs, copy existing templates to new names for minor changes, without re-entering data
    • 7 different heat lineup styles: Heads Up (Staggered), Lock 8, Random, Qualifying Groups, and more!
    • 3 feature lineups: SemiFeature/Feature, ABC Mains, and Non Race Through (SemiFeature/Feature races lined up by qualifying times)
    • Various custom race features, including inverts, rotates, and trophy dash

  • RMS is built for a multistation setup, however can also be used as a single station.  The advantage to a multistation setup is that no equipment moves are necessary.  Once the system is setup, you can use any of the functionality of the program at any of the stations, including driver registration, race generation, qualifying time entry, or reporting.

    Reporting

Reporting is the other major benefit of the program, beyond lineup generation.  It is a major improvement for both drivers and track officials.  Instead of the traditional hand written documents, many times sloppy and difficult to read, reports print in a large, clear font, making it easier for all to determine starting locations, as well as having the ability to print several copies quickly.  The reports can be run at any station simultaneously and are available instantly after a race is generated.

    Archiving

Race Night history can be saved and managed, allowing you to total your driver pay at the end of the season for tax purposes, or keep running totals on your points and pay throughout the season.  Nights can also be loaded from the archive for making changes if necessary.

    History

RMS has been up and running since 2002 with the help of Fairbury American Legion Speedway (http://www.fairburyspeedway.com/), and has brought several advantages to track scorekeepers and officials.  On average, tracks using the RMS software have saved 30 minutes to an hour or more in their nightly program, removing delays between races and allowing the program to proceed smoothly, while still giving your scorekeepers the necessary break times they need. It also saves several hours per week in bookkeeping time, through the various reports available.

As always, the best way to judge isn't from a description.  The program speaks for itself, on site demos are currently available and are the best way to see if RMS can fit your track's needs.  For more information and pricing contact Jason by email at jason@brandttuning.com or by phone at 309-208-6687.
